Nora is an ISSA certified personal training professional with 4 years of experience from both independent consulting to corporate gym settings. With a strong commitment to clients and their physical fitness and nutritional needs- Nora has been known “to do the work” with her clients providing more depth and understanding to the exercises and purpose. She specializes in TRX, strength training, weight loss, Sports Rehabilitation, youth, seniors, and special needs training. Nora enjoys customizing workout plans and nutritional advice for client’s path ahead. For a Heathier Tomorrow!
ISSA Personal Training Professional certified in CPR, AED, and First Aid.
Prior to joining Workout Anytime Brevard, she had freelance success with clients of various needs, ranging from youth sports fitness consulting to young women looking to get into shape for the first time to middle-aged men seeking to reduce weight and gain strength and senior women needing nutrition and health guidance. Allyssa is available for custom one-on-one workouts and group sessions. She loves hearing about the goals that clients have set for themselves and works hard to set forth a plan for achieving those. She also wants to help her clients understand what they are doing and why it is beneficial to them.
