Canceling Membership

1. From the the APP home screen, click on the meatballs menu (three circles) in bottom right-hand corner:

2. The member will be directed to their Account Page, click on MEMBERSHIP:

3. From the Membership page, click on the three dots in the top right-hand corner:

4. A pop-up will appear in the APP giving the member the option to Cancel Membership:

5. Member receives the following message:

6. The member must provide the reason for cancellation and the Given Amount Due to Cancel.

7. The member will click CANCEL MEMBERSHIP:

8. Member Must Confirm they want to cancel:

9. Member receives a Message that the Cancellation has been requested and is let know how much longer they have access to the club:
