We hope everyone had an amazing summer and look forward to helping you get back into your regular workout routine. Some of us may have kicked-up our fitness during the summer with more swimming, cycling, kayaking, 5K’s and more. Others may have just enjoyed the beautiful weather, catching more hang-time at the rivers, lakes or beaches, which is great for our soul and spirit. Add-on summer vacations, more cookouts, ice cream and family get-togethers and you may have fallen off the fitness wagon and may need some inspiration to jump-start your workout routine for the fall.
