Workout Anytime has gone through a lot of changes since it opened in late 2011.<\/p>\n

The gym has already been through two owners and is on its third. Jerry Pugh and EJ Williams took over operations July 16.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve been working out here since 2012,\u201d Pugh said. \u201cI tried out different gyms before settling here. I like the atmosphere here.\u201d<\/p>\n

In addition to the Cookeville gym, he has one in Homestead, Florida, that opened in May and is also working on opening one in Crossville.<\/p>\n

\u201cI wanted to buy it earlier, but I got involved in my dad\u2019s harvesting business instead,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

In addition to helping his dad with his green bean harvesting business, Pugh also has a body shop in Crossville.<\/p>\n

As a new owner of Workout Anytime, he is looking to update the location by replacing all the cardio equipment and hiring new staff.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re also looking at our options with the building,\u201d he said. \u201cThere are two options \u2014 find a bigger location or renovate this space.\u201d<\/p>\n

He or Williams are on site every day as well.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe focus is to continue to expand the fitness options,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
