What is Workout Anytime’s response to COVID19?

Across the nation and across the globe, we are experiencing unprecedented times, and the COVID-19 situation is changing rapidly every day. At Workout Anytime, the health of our associates, members, and the communities in which we serve is our #1 priority.

As we navigate these uncharted waters as a global community, we want to do everything we can to help you keep fit and strengthen your immune system, so we’ve put together a number of ways in which you can continue your fitness:

Are all Workout Anytime locations closed?

Not at this time, please check your home club for confirmation and if they are allowed to have specific hours of operation or other restrictions. Fine your club at workoutanytime.com/locations.

 

If my club is closed and I have enrolled in Personal Training that is within a specific time frame, what will happen to my Training sessions?

Your Personal Training sessions will accrue. You will not lose them. They will be available once the club re-opens.

 

Will I continue to be billed monthly for my membership?

As each of our clubs are locally-owned, and circumstances vary throughout our network, this is an independent decision by each club owner, so please check with the club staff directly. Feel free to email the club email address which can be found on the location page.

 

What if I have a pre-paid membership? What will happen to the time that the club has been closed?

Any time that the club was closed during this crisis will be added to your membership term and your expiration date will be extended by that time.

 

Will my key card work to use the club after staffed hours if the club is still open?

There are a number of scenarios in place across the country:

  • In some cases, workouts during staffed hours can continue.
  • In others, workouts can continue but with limited members due to social distancing.
  • Still in others, local government mandates have required the clubs to close altogether.

If your club has been forced to close, your key card will not be operational at all.

If your club is still open and operating, due to the concerns of member safety, the door control system has been turned off at this time during non-staffed hours, so your key card will not unlock the doors. There is a need for club cleanliness and sanitary conditions at all times and this cannot be managed after staffed hours.

Once the clubs are back and operating, your key card will activate the door system and you can continue to work out

 

What measures will be taken prior to re-opening the club?

The staff will thoroughly clean and sanitize the club prior to welcoming members back into the club for use. Our goal is to return to normal operations as soon as circumstances are back to normal, or government mandates are lifted.

 

Does Workout Anytime offer virtual workouts during this time?

We may have clubs that are closed physically, but we’re bringing the gym to you!

We have two ways you can keep on your program if you can’t make it to the gym:

  • First, download our Workout Anytime Mobile App where you’ll find a host of workouts that can be conducted in home, with more added every day. Just go to the Apple App Store or Google Play, download the app, follow this registration guide, and you’re in!
  • In addition, we’re streaming a “Workout of the Day” online from one of our Master Trainers each day. They’ll be exciting, energetic and inspiring workouts that you can join, with fresh new concepts for all ranges of exercisers—whether you’re just starting a workout program or you’re a seasoned pro.

If I decide to freeze my membership during this time (although my club is open) will there be any costs to me?

Normally, there is a $5.00/month fee associated with freezing of membership and a maximum of 3 months of time. It is best to confirm with your home club as to any fees associated with the freeze during this COVID-19 outbreak.

 

If my club is closed, how will I be notified of the club’s plans to re-open?

This will be communicated to you via email communication, posted on Facebook club page and will be available on the Workout Anytime website on your club’s page.
