Michael has helped hundreds of men and women with their fitness goals since beginning his fitness career in 2012. His areas of focus are weight loss, muscle building, and functional strength and mobility. He has his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Cedarville University, personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and nutrition coaching certification from Precision Nutrition. He is passionate about learning in the area of fitness and using that knowledge to help men and women accomplish their fitness goals.
Alex is our newest, and youngest, personal trainer at Workout Anytime of Cary. Alex obtained his personal trainer license from the National Academy of Sports Medicine at age 19 and is passionate about learning more about the human body every single day. Alex believes in a science-based training philosophy that works for any body type at any age group, where anybody is capable of making a dramatic change in their life through guidance and support.
“I firmly believe in the quality of a workout over the quantity or however long it takes to workout. One of my favorite quotes is from Arnold Schwarzenegger when he talks about how he could go into the gym and do ONE set of bicep curls, and get a better workout than half of the other people in the gym. Working out has a large mental aspect to it that’s going to make or break whether people reach their goals, and it’s my job to help people reach that mindset and give them the knowledge along the way to help them reach those goals.”
