Can I work out at any Workout Anytime club location?

Yes, one of the best things about a Workout Anytime membership is that you can work out at any of the over 100 clubs across the country, whether you’re traveling for business, on vacation, or just want to try new facilities. At Workout Anytime, we believe that when you become a member of your home club, you become a member of every one of our clubs. It’s called our Reciprocity Policy, and one of the things that makes Workout Anytime unique in the industry.


What does a home club location mean?

This is the club location that you originally enrolled for a membership.


How do I cancel my membership?

Please review your membership agreement. It will reference the details associated with cancellation procedures at the club enrolled. If you still have questions, simply contact your club for specific details.  Cancellations are not accepted through the website.


I’m traveling or just suffered an injury and can’t work out. Can I freeze my membership?

Yes, you can freeze your membership for up to 90 days:

  • Once in a 12 month period
  • There is a $5/month fee during the freeze period
  • Account must be current on all payments prior to freeze to begin
  • Exceptions are medical reason with doctor’s note, military leave, mission trip


If I have an issue at the club, who can help me?

It is best to discuss any issue that you have at the club with the manager of that club. They will be the best point of contact for further conversation and work toward resolution.


If I lose my key tag, can I get a replacement?

Yes, a replacement can be obtained at your home club for $5. If you have moved and the home club is not in close proximity to return, you may obtain a key tag at a remote location however they will need to contact the home club to add the new key tag number into your member profile.


Why do I need to have a photo on file at the club?

Member photos are required for identification purposes. These are not shared or accessible to anyone publically. This is a liability requirement to having a 24-hour club facility and not an option.


Can I use the tanning beds after staffed hours?

No, this premium feature is not available after staffed hours for safety reasons.


Are there any Premium features available after staffed hours?

Yes, most clubs have the ability to offer HydroMassage after staffed hours for Premium members.



Can I upgrade from a Basic to Premium membership?

Absolutely! We encourage upgrades to take advantage of our premium features which are a great value for the price.


Can I downgrade from Premium to Basic membership?

Yes, a downgrade is available however if downgrading within the first 6 months, there will be a downgrade fee of $49. Check with your club for specific details.
