Melissa has over 20 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, excelling in leadership, team development, and member satisfaction. As the Senior Regional Manager for Workout Anytime locations across Oregon and Arizona, she oversees operations, Membership, Community Outreach and Personal Training departments, all while mentoring her teams to success.
Despite her leadership role, Melissa enjoys being hands-on and believes in leading by example. Members will often find her cleaning the locker rooms or tidying up the gym because she values every aspect of creating a welcoming, clean, and supportive environment.
If given the choice, her dream role in the company would be a janitor—a role she sees as fundamental to the member experience.
Outside of work, Melissa cherishes time with her loving husband, their five children, and two grandsons. She enjoys pickleball, exploring new cuisines, and competitive family card games. Her dedication to both her family and her team makes her an invaluable part of the Workout Anytime community.
Jason is a proud alumnus of Portland State University, holding a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. After serving in the Portland Police Department for 25 years, he retired in 2017 and decided to pursue his passion for health and fitness. Participating in men's physique competitions and remain undefeated within his division. Jason's expertise includes training clients, setting health and fitness goals, creating personalized meal plans, offering supplement and nutrition recommendations, and inspiring others to prioritize their overall wellness. As a franchise Partner with the Workout Anytime Brand, he feel blessed to be a part of a team dedicated to providing an exceptional workout experience in an inviting environment.
Grace has been with Workout Anytime Madera Village since the beginning! She is from Loveland, Colorado and moved over to Tucson after she got married to her husband Zach in the Air Force. Both Zach and Grace love to come to the gym and workout every day. They are both competitive not only in the gym but love to take it to the pickleball courts too! Grace was a swimmer for 14 years, swam all four years of college being an NCAA All American, and was even a swim coach before moving to Tucson!
Grace moved quickly from a Fitness Consultant up to Assistant Manager throughout our first-year of being open and recently became General Manager! She loves interacting with the members and seeing them reach their goals, learning about their life outside of the gym, and being a bright warm smile to welcome them in. There are only a few hours in the day that you won't catch Grace at the gym. Don't hesitate to reach out to her if you need anything!
Naya Garcia is a passionate and driven aspiring athletic trainer whose journey into sports medicine began through her background in competitive cheerleading and dance. After undergoing ACL surgery, she developed a deep interest in physical therapy and rehabilitation. This experience sparked a commitment to helping others recover and thrive through movement. In high school, she worked closely with her school's athletic trainer, gaining valuable hands-on experience early on.
Naya attended Western New Mexico University in Silver City, New Mexico, where she began as a psychology major before discovering her true calling in the field of human movement. She went on to earn her bachelor’s degree in kinesiology with a concentration in sports medicine and a minor in psychology. While in college, she also worked as a student athletic trainer, supporting athletes through injury prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation.
Currently, Naya works as a fitness consultant, combining her knowledge of biomechanics, mental wellness, and performance training to help others reach their goals. She is also working toward earning her NASM certification to further expand her expertise in personal training and corrective exercise. She hopes to continue her studies in Portugal and fulfill her dream of working as an athletic trainer.
When she’s not working, you can find Naya in the gym getting a workout in. On her off days, she enjoys hiking, exploring the city, or simply resting and recharging—always staying balanced and grounded in her passion for movement and wellness.
Avery is a highly motivated individual who is dedicated to complete his goals with a smile. Formerly a college athlete who has hung up his playing shoes to focus on a starting a career in fitness and health. Born in Tucson Arizona, Avery is a native to the area and loves to see Workout Anytime grow in the same place he grew up. As a fitness consultant Avery is committed to helping members with any questions they have about the facility and ensuring that their fitness needs are satisfied
Dr. Joseph Feldman is a recent medical school graduate, U.S. Navy veteran, and lifelong athlete with a passion for fitness and performance-driven healthcare. Before pursuing medicine, he served with distinction in the U.S. Navy, where he developed a deep commitment to service, discipline, and leadership under pressure.
A former college athlete, Joe played both hockey and lacrosse at the collegiate level, balancing academic rigor with the demands of high-level competition. That same drive now fuels his love for CrossFit and the broader fitness community, where he continues to push limits and inspire others.
Blending military experience, athletic insight, and clinical knowledge, Joe is passionate about applying a performance-focused lens to medicine—especially in areas like sports medicine, preventive care, and veteran health. With residency on the horizon, he is committed to helping others achieve peak health and resilience, whether in the clinic, on the field, or in the gym.
Ainsley is an enthusiastic and motivated coach with a passion for helping clients achieve their fitness and wellness goals. She has made a huge impact in building up the training department at Workout Anytime - Madera Village, and is currently the Lead Certified Coach. With a strong foundation in exercise science, holding a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science Pre-Med, Ainsley combines knowledge, expertise, and a results-driven approach to guide clients towards their personal best. She is focused on delivering transformative experiences that inspire positive change.
When not coaching, Ainsley enjoys staying active through basketball, regular workouts, and outdoor adventures, maintaining a balanced lifestyle both personally and professionally
Ben is a passionate and caring trainer who prioritizes his clients' success. With experience training individuals from all athletic backgrounds, he designs personalized programs using bands, free weights, cables, and plyometric movements. A former football player of nine years, Ben studied Kinesiology at Moorpark College, earning a Certificate of Academic Achievement. As a NASM-certified CPT with additional specialized certifications, he emphasizes stability, mobility, and full-body control. He applies these principles in both his personal training and athletic pursuits, including basketball and preparing clients for the CPAT.
Dave is a dedicated marine vet who started personal training after a car accident in 2021 to reteach himself self how to walk. His passion for boxing, and weight lifting sports is evident in the way he trains his clients, always giving each individual personalized care. Although he had a recent set back of a stroke in February of 2024, he serves as an inspiration that you can recover from anything with the proper knowledge and training program.
