John Waskow is the owner of the very first Workout Anytime location in Texas, right here in Princeton! John hails from rural Iowa (but what part of Iowa isn't rural?), but proudly calls himself a Texan after spending his entire adult life in North Texas. Since graduating from high school in Carrollton and college from Texas A&M University, John has worked as a Professional Engineer and technical business manager. He comes to Workout Anytime with the help of his wife, Sara, owner of FranNet of Dallas / Fort Worth, a franchise consulting firm. Sara matches franchisees with potential owners, and thought Workout Anytime would be a perfect match for fitness-loving John, whose entrepreneurial spirit had gotten him interested in business ownership. John is thrilled to be opening Texas' first Workout Anytime in Princeton because of its friendly small-town atmosphere and opportunity to help improve the lives of its residents. John plans to open more Workout Anytime locations in the Metroplex in the coming years.
In his free time, John enjoys exercising and being active, and watching Texas Aggie football. John and Sara met at Texas A&M, his daughter is an Aggie teacher who graduated in 2015, and his son will be headed to College Station in the fall as a member of the class of 2021.
John is excited to work with the Princeton community, and to be an active part of its rapidly growing economy. Be sure to stop by Workout Anytime and give him a "gig 'em", or other hand gesture best suited to your tastes
Molly is our Club Manager. Molly moved to Texas about 5 years ago after growing up on a small farm in the Pacific Northwest. She now lives just up the road outside of Blue Ridge, and comes to Workout Anytime Princeton after a background working in international logistics and business management. Molly's interest in Workout Anytime comes from years of using the gym to help manage severe back pain (who says gyms are just for weight loss, right?). She was drawn to Workout Anytime because of its welcoming environment, and because of its sister program, Lift for the 22, which provides gym memberships for veterans.
In her "free time," Molly runs her own sustainable farming business, Horseshoe Farm, and serves as the youth director at Blue Ridge United Methodist Church. She loves dogs, and is currently the owner of a 130 lb Anatolian Shepherd. Molly also has a 19 year-old-daughter who attends Texas A&M University and is studying Bio & Ag Engineering (whoop!).
Jim is one of our fitness coaches here at WOAT Princeton. After a 12 year career as an engineer, he decided upon a career change that would take him from building better machines to helping people build better bodies. Jim's career in the fitness industry took him from a Group Fitness Instructor in Dallas to Sports Performance Coach role in Austin. After moving to east McKinney, Jim became interested in WOAT, wanting to become a part of Princeton's newest fitness community. His favorite thing about working with us is the enthusiasm of our members and staff for creating and sustaining healthier lifestyles. He especially enjoys working with fitness beginners, who may never have trained in a gym before, to learn about the world of fitness and the ways that it can transform and improve their lives. When he's not training our members, Jim maintains a healthy lifestyle by hiking, golfing, jet skiing, and scuba diving.

Brittnie is our Gym Equipment Enthusiast/Motivational Coach/Receptionist/All Star. It's safe to say that she wears many hats around these parts. Brittnie came to WOAT because she wanted to be part of a gym family, and she loves helping and encouraging others to live happier, healthier lives. After growing up in a small town in east Texas, Brittnie enjoys the small town community that Princeton provides. When she's not helping our members meet their fitness goals, Brittnie coaches little league soccer or does outdoor activities with her two young daughters to stay active. One of our favorite things about Brittnie is her sense of humor and the way she brings joy to our staff and members. Make sure you tell her hello next time you stop in!
