Sabrina is the heart of Workout Anytime Sylacauga and the reason our members feel like family! She is committed to providing her community the best product possible, often staying many hours beyond her shift to make sure things are right. She wants to see her team and our members be successful, and works tirelessly to make that happen.
Sabrina has called Sylacauga home for the last 43 years. Prior to joining our team, she taught kindergarten at First Methodist Church for 17 years. Fitness has always been a part of her life, fueled by a passion for dance. She served as an instructor at Shirley’s studio for over 30 years, and a choreographer for both the Talladega county Junior Miss and Miss Sylacauga.
Sabrina and Scott have two children (Chase and Ashton) and two grandchildren (Crew and Scarlotte). She has described being GM of WOA her dream job, and it shows by the way she pours herself into her work. Schedule a tour today and come see what makes us different!

Whitney’s fitness journey started in 2011 when she decided to lose the weight she gained during her first pregnancy. She followed a detailed nutrition plan and, with the aid of a trainer, an exercise routine that included resistance and high intensity interval training. She was able to lose 90 pounds in one year! Then in 2015, after her second pregnancy, she lost 100 pounds with the help of her trainer Ray Lee (now a WOA Sylacauga team member!).
She has a B.S. in Recreational Therapy from Alabama State University, an M.S. degree in Criminal Justice from South University, and an A.S. degree in Medical Assisting from South University. She is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, AFAA Certified Group Instructor X, and MX4 certified.
Whitney is passionate about helping and inspiring others to become the best version of themselves. A Sylacauga native, she loves interacting with the community and takes pride in being able to grow a fitness movement in her hometown.
She has two children - John Peyton (7) and Zackery (3). Her motto is "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11

Introducing the life of the party! Ray is one of those people that you just want to be around – he has an energy that is highly contagious. He brings color and fun to our team and our members !
He graduated from Tuskegee University with a BA in Business Administration, and has been a personal trainer since 2009. He is an SCW certified trainer, and is also certified in Insanity, POUND, Kettlebell AMPD, Silver Sneakers for Seniors, MX4, and Turbokick. In 2009 Ray’s mother passed away from cancer, so he started 8 MORE to raise awareness and help other’s whose life has been impacted by this terrible disease.
Ray moved to Sylacauga from Montgomery because he believes in the mission of Workout Anytime. If your workout needs a spark, Ray is your guy! He does one on one personal training, as well as MX4 group training. Please call the club today to schedule your complementary success session with Ray!
